How long have you known the student or family?
Please describe the student’s demonstrated interest in science, technology, engineering or math. Feel free to list any other important circumstances that would be favorable in deciding on scholarship eligibility.

Camp and Class Policies

Student Ages for Class or Camp

Minimum Age: Students must be at least 7 years old by the start day of a program to be permitted to attend. We do have some parent-chaperoned events, as well as the Junior FIRST LEGO League in the Fall, for students under the age of 7. Please check our Calendar for any upcoming events.

Class or Camp Age Range Exceptions: BadgerBOTS Camps and Classes are organized based on student grade number (2nd grade – 5th grade, etc.). We do this so that students in each camp or class section are with peers close to their age and school experience, which in turn fosters collaboration and friendships. This type of class environment also helps students who may be out of their comfort zone feel more welcomed in a STEM learning environment. We do not make exceptions for younger students to register for the older age classes or camps, regardless of previous experience or expertise in the subject matter. We instead strive to present the class or camp topics at a level of difficulty appropriate to the students in the class, providing more advanced challenges and lessons to the students who are ready. BadgerBOTS thanks families for their understanding and acceptance of our age policy!

Wait List

There will be the option to add your name to the waiting list if registration for a certain class is full. We will notify you as soon as possible if space becomes available.

Missed Days

If a student has to miss a day or cannot attend every session, BadgerBOTS staff will work to get them caught up on their projects when they return. We are unable to pro-rate tuition for students who cannot attend for the entire time.

In order to register and hold your spot in the camp or class, a minimum deposit of 10% must be paid online when you sign up (or if you select to apply for scholarship funding). There is the option to schedule automatic payments to be made at a later date. If you do not wish to make online payments please contact us to make other arrangements.

Class Transfers, Cancellations and Refunds

Please contact BadgerBOTS if you would like to switch dates or classes at least one week before the start date. For cancellations at least 8 days before the camp begins, payments will be refunded minus 10% of the program cost as an administration fee. Any session cancellation notifications received after will not be refunded. All cancellations must be received in writing in order to be refunded (email is sufficient, or
