Training for Mentors

   
             
     

The BadgerBOTS Robotics program offers a training program to anyone interested in learning how to mentor a team, camp, club, or the classroom implementation of LEGO robotics.

 

You SHOULD attend if you are a...

  • HS student interested in mentoring a FLL team or the Summercamp.

  • Teacher that wants to coach a FLL team, operate a club, or teach LEGO robotics as part of your regular classroom curriculum.

  • Parent willing to coach or mentor a FLL team.

  • School administrator interested in what all this stuff is all about.

Course Content...

 

Participants will be introduced to the LEGO robotics components and the RoboLab programming language in a fun, relaxed setting.  Each session will introduce a "mission" for the night with participants working to design, build and program a robot that is up to the challenge.  Each session will end with the opportunity for everyone to test their robots abilities against the clock.

 

Lots of mentoring and support will be provided.

 

BadgerBOTS Robotics is sponsoring this course so there is no cost to participants... just bring an open mind and your curiosity!
