“micro:bit Jukebox”

Learn to use the new micro:bit to make a pocket-sized jukebox to play tiny tunes. Create a custom song list using code.

Ages 9 and up


Optional: Purchase micro:bit 2.0 kit $19

The new micro:bit v 2.0 has a built-in speaker! Use code to make a playlist of songs from the library, or ones you compose note-by-note. Then program the micro:bit buttons to scroll through your list as you choose which song to play next.

Optional: If you would like to keep the micro:bit after the workshop, you can purchase the micro:bit kit for $19 when you register for this workshop. The micro:bit kit includes: micro:bit 2.0, usb download cable, battery pack, 2 AAA batteries.
