Session 2: February 27th and 28th 1-4 PM  –  Register!

$40 for both days

For 4th grade and up

This is a two-day workshop all about electronic music like the kind used in classic video games (think Mario and Pacman). On the first day we will learn about the history of this kind of music and the scientific concepts involved in its creation and production through hands-on experimentation. We will learn about waves and sound and get to play with littleBits Synth Kits. Come back for a second day to learn to create your own music using a synthesizer app called Nanoloop and compose your video game music masterpiece!

What can littleBits do with sound? Here are a couple of the parts. They snap together to make a circuit!

Check out this cool created using Nanoloop by elementary students in New York!
