2025-2026 Festival Registration

This form should be completed once for each Festival you’d like to attend. If you’re not sure whether another mentor from your team has already submitted it, please check with them first. If you are registering multiple teams, please complete a separate form for each team for each Festival.  

Teams may participate in more than one Festival, depending on available space. Please note that some Festivals may not have capacity for all teams that register, and placements will be made based on availability. The participation fee of $25 per team per Festival will be requested after assignments are made.
