Wisconsin FIRST® LEGO® League Challenge
2026-2027 Regional Tournament Registration

Use this form to indicate the top three tournaments that will work for your team's schedule. Please make sure you select three different tournaments. We do our best to place every team in a tournament that works for them.

This form should be filled out once per team. If you're not sure whether your team's other mentor(s) have already filled this out, please check with them first. If you are registering multiple teams, please fill this form out separately for each team.

The calendar on our FIRST LEGO League page includes addresses for each tournament venue.

Note: when adding your team number, please type just the numbers. Don't add the pound sign"#." Also, please double-check this number is your correct team number!

Note: Please choose three different tournaments in order of preference. If you list the same tournament for all three, we'll need to contact you for two more choices before we can process your registration. Help us save that extra step by filling in all three now.
